Cancellations

We require an absolute minimum of 48 hours to ammend, cancel or reschedule your booking. Failure to comply with this will result in losing your deposit, deduction of your treatment package or a charge.

We unfortunately cannot be flexible with this and highly respect being notified by telephone, leaving a message if we miss your call.

All deposits are non refundable. If you chose to cancel your appointment and give us 48hours notice, your deposit will be held and honoured towards a future treatment or product.
